Please pick up your marriage license at the Monroe County Clerk of Courts office, located at 500
Whitehead St., prior to arriving at 422 Fleming Street. The Clerk of Courts office is located in the far left
building of the Monroe County Courthouse and is open Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Non- Florida Residents – May use their Marriage License on the same day it is purchased.
Florida Residents – Have a 3 Day waiting period, to confirm License Validity
