Booking Fees
Our Gold & Platinum Booking Fees are based on your party size and services provided. Payment of your Booking Fee guarantees placement on the As You Wish Planning & Creations, Inc. calendar as well as prompt and courteous services by our staff of Wish Provider’s. Booking fees include all pre wedding planning and coordination. Payment of this fee begins the planning process for equipment rentals, vendor services and site reservations for your upcoming special day.
Gold Booking Fees includes full coordination of your Wedding Ceremony.
Parties of 2 = $250 / Parties of 3 – 9 = $400 / Parties of 10 – 24 = $500
Parties of 25 – 50 = $750 / Parties of 51 – 75 = $1,000 / Parties of 76 – 100 = $1,500
Platinum Booking Fees include full coordination of your Wedding Ceremony & Reception.

“Day Of” Coordinator Services
Our “Day Of” Coordination is for the couple who understands the importance of an experienced, professional coordinator to handle the final details and ensure their carefully planned vision comes together smoothly and successfully, but would like to plan everything on their own. Our Wish Providers give you the peace of mind to allow you to enjoy your wedding day to the fullest. Lead Coordinator & assistants are priced hourly, per coordinator/laborer.
$250 per hour for Lead Coordinator Services
$100 per hour for each additional Wish Provider – assistant coordinator(s)
$75 per hour for each additional Laborer required for set up & breakdown of the event
Gold & Platinum Booking Fees include:
- Comprehensive pre-wedding services, including design and floral ceremony suggestions and creations
- Booking of all purveyors, i.e., musicians, photographer, videographer, officiate
- One consultant for every 25 guests provided throughout ceremony and photo shoot on event day
- Unlimited changes to your contract up to 30 days prior to event
- Unlimited contact with our company via e-mails or phone calls
- Suggestions and reservations for all dining reservations in Key West
- Choice of 5 select ceremonies with vow & ring exchange wording able to be mixed & matched
- Specialty ceremonies wording provided as well
- Our listing of recommended hotels, guesthouses and resorts with contact numbers and ratings
- Complete concierge services before and after your arrival for activities, tours and special events.
Platinum Booking Fees include:
- One consultant for every 25 guests provided throughout ceremony and photo shoot on event day
- On call consultant services for the entire day prior to the actual Wedding Day. Consultants’ services extend to one day after your Wedding Day
- Comprehensive pre-wedding services, including design and floral ceremony suggestions and creations
- Unlimited changes to your contract up to 30 days prior to the event
- Unlimited contact with our company via e-mails or phone calls
- Unlimited scheduled appointments with our office staff
- First level booking of available purveyors, i.e., musicians, photographer, videographer, and officiate
- Scheduled Planning Meetings in our office with select vendors, i.e, photographer, videographer, baker, officiate and site inspectors
- Our personal contact and payment of all wedding vendors booked
- Assistance with all providers contracts, payment details and time lines
- Suggestions and reservations for all dining reservations in Key West
- Oversee and assist in the planning and execution of reception in any Key West location, combining the best of ambience, cuisine, and price to create perfect ending to the perfect day
- Oversee and assist in the planning and execution of any and all functions associated with your wedding and honeymoon in Key West. i.e, meet and greets, rehearsal dinners, morning after brunch and sunset sails no matter their location or size. Oversee and assist with all vendor contracts, reviewing them for fairness and accuracy as well as payment details and time lines
- Pre-wedding day meeting at our office with choice of … 2 hour tour of the island for viewing of the perfect ceremony, reception and honeymoon locations
- Welcome to Key West meeting either at your hotel, ceremony site or in our office to review all aspects of your affair and arrange any last minute details

- Oversee and assist in the pricing and booking of hotel, guesthouse and resort stays for you and your guests.
